About Sage and Soothe Wellness

Sage and Soothe was born from a commitment to holistic well-being, embodied healing, and intentional living. It reflects Christina Hull’s passion for integrating nervous system support, mindful movement, and emotional resilience into everyday life.

Although Christina is a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor, Sage and Soothe Wellness is not therapy. It is a separate, non-clinical space for personal growth, somatic healing, and self-exploration beyond the therapy room.

Through coaching, wellness consulting, somatic movement, and experiential education, Sage and Soothe Wellness offers tools that help individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with clarity and purpose.

Whether you are seeking emotional balance, creative healing, or a deeper connection with yourself, Sage and Soothe Wellness provides a supportive space to explore that path through personalized coaching, restorative yoga, workshops, retreats, and community care.
